Senior Full Stack Software Developer

About the role

We are looking for a senior full‑stack developer to own feature development from concept to production. The role blends strong backend expertise with solid frontend capabilities, allowing you to design, build, and ship end‑to‑end solutions independently.

Key responsibilities

• Own features from idea through design, development, and deployment.
• Design technical solutions and create mockups before implementation.
• Develop backend services using Python (Flask or async frameworks such as Quart).
• Build responsive frontend components with React.
• Create and maintain API integrations with external systems.
• Use Redis for caching and performance optimisation.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and clean system design.
• Participate in production deployments and releases.
• Communicate progress and blockers clearly and proactively.
