Senior Java Fullstack Engineer (Remote LATAM)

About the role

Inallmedia.com is seeking a Senior Java Fullstack Engineer to join the team behind the high‑visibility "Hiring Events" platform. This remote position serves LATAM time zones and offers full autonomy to design, build, and operate critical live‑event services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale backend services with Java and Spring Boot for event management and lobby systems.
• Build and maintain multiple React front‑ends (Lobby, IRL, Jobseeker) ensuring smooth user experiences during live events.
• Tri­age production incidents in real time, using data‑driven prioritisation to resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Manage event‑driven messaging pipelines with Kafka and route data through GraphQL APIs.
• Work with SQL and MongoDB databases, handling data modelling and optimisation.
• Collaborate with non‑technical business teams, leading feature delivery from architecture to production.
• Participate in architectural reviews and code reviews, promoting clean, testable code.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong sense of ownership.
• Proven ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
• Experience leading technical efforts and communicating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
