Service Manager Modern Workplace (Microsoft Intune & M365)

About the role

As the Service Manager for Modern Workplace at TecAlliance, you will own and continuously improve the company’s Microsoft Intune, MDM/MAM and Microsoft 365 services. You will ensure secure, standardized and user‑centric workplace capabilities that boost productivity, compliance and operational efficiency across Corporate IT.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise device configuration, compliance, app deployment and lifecycle management using Microsoft Intune.
• Manage and govern Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook.
• Support IT security by applying secure configurations, security baselines and Conditional Access policies.
• Evaluate, test and introduce new Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace capabilities.
• Drive automation for device onboarding, application deployment and recurring operational tasks.
• Act as the main contact for Modern Workplace topics across IT and business units, providing 3rd‑level expertise and documentation.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune, including device configuration, compliance and app deployment.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook/Exchange Online).
• Strong experience with Entra ID, Conditional Access and security‑related workplace configurations.
• Proven experience in service ownership, governance and cross‑functional stakeholder coordination.
• Business‑fluent German and English (B2 level or higher).
