About the role
ICEA LION Group, a Pan-African provider of insurance and financial services, is hiring a full-time, on-site Insurance Sales and Marketing Representative in Nairobi County, Kenya. The role covers acquiring and managing clients, selling insurance products and services and building strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify sales opportunities and meet with clients to discuss their needs
- Sell insurance products and services
- Provide excellent customer service
- Execute marketing strategies to drive growth for the company
Required profile
- Experience in sales and marketing and training, to promote and educate potential clients on products and services
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset, able to work in a dynamic on-site environment
- A background in financial services, insurance or a related field is advantageous
Required skills
- Communication and customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Sales expertise to identify and secure insurance opportunities
