Senior Manager, Global Planning & Procurement

About the role

VisionSpring is seeking a senior leader to head Global Planning & Procurement within its Global Supply Chain team. Reporting to the Global Director of Supply Chain, the role oversees enterprise‑wide planning, strategic sourcing and supply‑chain development to ensure reliable product availability in low‑resource environments.

Key responsibilities

• Steward the global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across all markets.
• Design and implement strategic sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality and impact.
• Lead supply‑chain development initiatives to build scalable, resilient delivery models.
• Drive performance management metrics to align operations with VisionSpring’s mission.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and cross‑cultural stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
• Build and continuously improve systems, processes and capabilities that deliver measurable impact.
