Senior Manager, Investment Groups

About the role

The Senior Manager, Investment Groups will lead the growth and profitability of KCB Group’s investment‑group portfolio. This role focuses on acquiring new groups, deepening existing relationships and delivering measurable revenue outcomes across the segment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver portfolio growth targets by executing acquisition, balance‑increase and revenue strategies.
• Drive profitability through cross‑sell, retention and yield optimisation initiatives.
• Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Design and enhance segment propositions tailored to investment groups, tracking product uptake and penetration.
• Strengthen customer relationships, measuring retention, wallet share and satisfaction scores.
• Expand segment visibility through outreach, partnerships and community engagement.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, digital and operations teams to meet KPIs and campaign targets.
• Enable frontline teams with training and support to improve sales productivity and conversion.
• Ensure governance, risk management and compliance by identifying risks, reviewing audits and enforcing controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (required).
• Professional qualifications in project management or business; Master’s degree in Business is a plus.
• Minimum of 36 months (3 years) of relevant experience.
