Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Moringa School is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and customer acquisition for its Working Professionals and Corporate Training product lines. The role blends commercial acumen with hands‑on marketing leadership, turning market intelligence into positioning, campaigns, and revenue‑driving programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for Working Professionals and Corporate Training, aligned with quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Manage and mentor the Product Marketing Manager (Working Professionals), providing commercial oversight for positioning and go‑to‑market work.
• Present growth insights, budget performance, and market opportunities to senior leadership; influence pricing and revenue decisions.
• Build and lead go‑to‑market plans for new and existing offerings, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Admissions, and Customer Experience teams.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in marketing strategy, demand generation, and product positioning.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Leadership experience managing marketing teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leadership audiences.
