About the role
We’re looking for a hands‑on creator to run our social accounts. You’ll take ideas from concept to filming, editing and posting, while helping us build a community that feels connected to Roro’s. You understand how Instagram and TikTok work and enjoy both creating and thinking about content.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram and TikTok, from concept through filming, editing and publishing.
- Manage the content calendar, ensure posting consistency and nurture the online community.
- Monitor social insights, test new ideas and optimise performance.
Required profile
- Hands‑on creator comfortable working independently and organised.
- Strong visual sense with the ability to spot compelling footage and edit it effectively.
- Clear written communication for captions and community interaction.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Instagram and TikTok platforms.
- Short‑form video filming and editing.
- Graphic design using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Content calendar management.
- Social insights analysis.
