Senior Paid Advertising Specialist (PPC)

About the role

Bloomex is seeking a highly experienced Senior Paid Advertising Specialist to lead its digital advertising efforts across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms. You will develop and execute strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation and sales for Canada’s largest online florist.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high‑impact targeting opportunities.
• Create compelling ad copy and optimise landing pages to maximise conversions.
• Manage campaign budgets, optimise bids and placements to achieve strong ROAS.
• Monitor performance, run A/B tests and continuously optimise campaigns.
• Produce detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay current on industry trends, tools and best practices for Google Ads, Meta Ads and related platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns, especially on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver positive ROI and meet budgetary targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
• Self‑starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
