Senior QA Engineer, Report Center

About the role

PrismHR’s Report Center builds the reporting and analytics tools that clients rely on to run their HR, payroll and benefits business. As a Senior QA Engineer you will own the quality of reporting dashboards, data pipelines and analytics tools, ensuring that every number presented is accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies for reporting dashboards, data pipelines and analytics tools.
• Validate data accuracy across multiple sources, ETL processes and visualization layers.
• Identify and capture subtle data issues that functional tests may miss.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers and software developers to define correctness before release.

Required profile

• 6+ years of QA experience with a focus on reporting or analytics systems.
• Hands‑on testing of data warehouses such as Snowflake or equivalent.
• Strong SQL skills for writing and running queries against relational databases.
• Experience validating data across multiple sources, ETL pipelines and visualization tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
