Senior Real Estate Advisor – Porini Point

About the role

The Senior Real Estate Advisor will generate new sales leads, arrange site visits and represent Porini Point at fairs, presentations and exhibitions to drive revenue for off‑plan residential projects in Tatu City. The role also supports the Sales Director in implementing strategies and action plans to maximise sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with buyers, providing details on price, size and location of Porini Point residential units.
• Prospect, originate and close off‑plan sales.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local and international property markets to influence purchase decisions.
• Assist the Sales Director in planning open days and other lead‑generation initiatives.
• Develop relationships with agencies and brokerage firms to facilitate sales.
• Perform administrative duties, attend seminars and trade shows to gather market intelligence.
• Support client presentations to expand the Porini Point and Tatu City client database.
• Record all sales activities in the CRM (Salesforce) and produce quarterly market trend reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales, marketing or business studies (preferred).
• Strong network and leads within Kenyan business circles.
• Minimum 3 years experience selling off‑plan property projects.
