Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

PC Construction is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its Northern regional offices. You will shape the hiring strategy, build pipelines of top construction talent, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Create requisitions in partnership with executives and hiring managers.
• Design and implement effective recruiting methods and strategies aligned with industry standards.
• Write and place recruitment advertisements across social and appropriate media channels.
• Serve as the primary contact for recruitment inquiries, sourcing both internal and external candidates.
• Source, evaluate, and interview resumes for open positions, guiding candidates through the hiring process.
• Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to meet staffing needs for building, facilities, and core departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle, hands‑on recruitment, preferably within construction or related industries.
• Strong ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and partner with cross‑functional teams.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
