About the role

KCB Bank Kenya Limited is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to lead its Industrials client coverage. The role focuses on driving growth, managing client relationships and ensuring credit quality within the industrial sector.

Key responsibilities

Implement sector strategy in line with overall division goals.
Deliver on annual business growth targets including revenue, fees, profit before tax and asset growth.
Execute client deals and sales tactics in collaboration with product, bancassurance and capital partners.
Maintain and deepen client relationships to ensure retention and loyalty.
Submit timely credit proposals and manage portfolio quality within NPL and PAR limits.

Required profile

University degree from a recognized institution.
At least seven years of banking experience, with five years in corporate relationship management.
Three years of credit and financial analysis experience.
Four years of client portfolio management for industrial clients.

Required skills

Trade and Transaction Banking products knowledge.
Credit analysis.
Financial analysis.
