Senior Relationship Manager, Infrastructure & Energy

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager will drive the Infrastructure & Energy segment strategy for KCB Group, delivering growth targets and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the Infrastructure & Energy Business Segment Portfolio strategy aligned with KCB Group objectives.
• Achieve annual revenue, fee, balance‑sheet and customer growth targets.
• Execute client deals per strategic plans and collaborate with product, bancassurance and capital teams.
• Cross‑sell existing and new products to deepen client relationships.
• Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Manage key regional customers and stakeholders, ensuring timely, quality credit proposals.
• Keep portfolio quality within Non‑Performing Loans and Portfolio at Risk parameters.

Required profile

• University degree from a recognized institution.
• At least seven years of banking experience, including four years in corporate relationship management within Infrastructure, Energy or related sectors.
• Four years of experience in credit and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of trade and transaction banking products.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of Infrastructure & Energy value chains and sector trends.
• Digital savviness and computer literacy.
