Senior Sales Executive

About the role

ISM Africa, an ISO‑certified construction services provider in East Africa, is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join its Nairobi office. The role focuses on driving sales of modular and pre‑manufactured building solutions, delivering end‑to‑end turnkey projects for clients across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Prepare proposals, deliver presentations and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal design, engineering and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and relationship management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of negotiating and closing deals.
• Experience in market research and business development.
• Results‑driven mindset with excellent problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Experience in the construction or modular building sector is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.
