Senior Technical Program Manager

About the role

The Senior Technical Program Manager leads end‑to‑end delivery of large technology initiatives, raising the standard for planning, building, and shipping. By applying a structured, data‑driven approach, you will improve predictability, consistency, and risk management across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery of multi‑team technology programs from definition through production, including platform modernization, data initiatives, cloud and AI‑enabled systems.
• Define, document and agree on program deliverables, requirements, resourcing and success criteria with technology and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate engineering, QA, and platform teams to sequence work, manage dependencies and remove blockers.
• Maintain transparent delivery health, surface risks early and propose corrective actions to technology leadership.
• Establish technical governance frameworks that balance speed with long‑term architectural scalability.
• Work with senior leadership to define target architecture for lending, data and customer value platforms and translate it into a sequenced roadmap.
• Ensure non‑functional requirements such as resilience, high availability, performance, security, observability and data quality are built into solutions.
• Identify systemic architectural risk and technical debt, make costs visible and drive remediation.
• Champion Agile practices, facilitate key ceremonies and coach teams toward data‑driven delivery processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, multi‑team technology programs in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present risks and recommendations clearly.
• Data‑driven mindset focused on delivery predictability, risk mitigation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to balance short‑term delivery speed with long‑term architectural scalability.
