About the role

We’re expanding our engineering team and looking for a senior full‑stack engineer to help shape the future of our flagship SaaS, mobile, and on‑premise HR products. The role emphasizes AI‑first development using tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.

Key responsibilities

Build and scale complex single‑page applications and microservices.
Lead system design, conduct code reviews, and make architectural decisions.
Collaborate with QA and product teams to deliver robust features.
Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.

Required profile

5+ years of expert‑level JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
Strong frontend mastery with Angular (required) and experience with React or Vue.js.
Solid backend experience in Node.js and Go.
Passion for AI‑assisted coding, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and Docker.
10+ years overall in software engineering with a desire to mentor and lead.
