About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Vice President to join our senior management team and lead multiple departments.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and set performance and financial goals.
- Assess, evaluate, and report on overall team and individual performance.
- Prepare and allocate budgets, and build the department hiring plan.
- Research and identify new business opportunities and tools.
- Collaborate with other executives and SVPs to decide on business strategies.
- Evaluate department profits, revenue, and calculate risks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Guide and support VPs and managers.
Required profile
- Extensive management experience in a senior leadership role.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking capabilities.
