Service Planner – Pest Control

About the role
The Service Planner will oversee the planning and scheduling of pest‑control services for the Nairobi branch, ensuring efficient delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Offer exceptional leadership on all service planning matters at the branch and support the manager and service supervisors to improve service delivery.
- Review and manage service routing and planning, ensuring regular updates to minimise time wastage.
- Make timely decisions regarding service planning and scheduling, keeping supervisors and managers fully informed.
- Program services accurately so that all tasks are rendered when due and processed in the ICABS system.
- Act on written instructions for installations, service withdrawals, and asset removals as directed by supervisors and managers.
- Maintain high productivity of the service team and ensure service standards are upheld.
Required profile
- Demonstrated leadership ability in a service‑oriented environment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to make sound decisions under time pressure.
