ServiceNow AI & Platform Data Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow AI & Platform Data Architect to help our customers build the data and platform foundation needed to adopt AI. You will work across CSDM, CMDB, configuration and asset data, data quality and governance, and contribute to our ServiceNow AI Control Tower capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and advise on ServiceNow platform and data architecture.
• Lead CSDM, CMDB and data‑maturity initiatives.
• Help customers improve configuration, asset and service data.
• Define data governance, quality and ownership frameworks.
• Support customers in becoming AI‑ready and adopting ServiceNow AI Control Tower.
• Connect platform and data strategy with AI and automation opportunities.
• Lead workshops, architecture discussions and solution design.
• Support presales activities and contribute to proposals and presentations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of ServiceNow experience, preferably in platform architecture, CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, ITAM or data architecture.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS‑Data Foundations, CIS‑Discovery, CIS‑HAM, CIS‑SAM, CTA) are a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower or AI capabilities is a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Customer‑focused and comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and a local language.
