Solutions Team Admin Intern – IT Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Solutions Team Admin Intern to support our hospitality, security and access solutions business in Mombasa. The role involves assisting with quotation generation, solution design and technical documentation while gaining exposure to pre‑sales and project support activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations following established procedures.
• Develop tailored solution designs based on customers’ technical requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and cross‑functional teams to implement and deploy customized solutions.
• Act as a technical resource during pre‑sales and project implementation, providing guidance and recommendations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and reports for internal teams and clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools and methodologies for better service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar administrative or technical support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and quickly understand product components.
• Residency in Mombasa.
