Shop Manager – Full‑Time (42‑hour week)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Shop Manager to lead one of our bakery retail locations. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations, driving sales, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of shop operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Drive sales growth while controlling costs to achieve profit targets.
• Monitor and meet KPIs such as wage percentage, average sale, stock, wastage, and energy usage.
• Lead, train, and develop a team, providing performance management as needed.
• Maintain high standards of food production, hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Ensure the shop is welcoming, well‑organized, and visually appealing for customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a retail manager, preferably in food or bakery settings.
• Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills.
• Positive attitude, solid work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset with adaptability to changing demands.
