About the role
The Site Director is accountable for the overall leadership, supervision, management and profitability of a child care centre. This role ensures a safe, nurturing and high‑quality educational environment for children, parents and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and day‑to‑day oversight of the centre’s operations.
- Supervise and support staff to maintain a safe and nurturing environment.
- Manage resources and financial performance to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and educational standards.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and the community.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in managing early‑childhood or childcare facilities.
- Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality educational experiences.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with staff, parents and stakeholders.
