Smartphone Assembly Operator (25 Needed)

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring 25 full-time smartphone assembly operators in Tatu City. The role covers assembling smartphones, televisions and related electronic products on the line, checking quality and keeping the workplace safe.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble smartphones, televisions and related electronic products according to approved work instructions, technical specifications and standard operating procedures.
• Load, arrange and handle components correctly, then pack finished products into boxes ready for storage or dispatch.
• Inspect components and assembled products for defects, missing parts and incorrect connections, and stop work and report major issues to the supervisor.
• Record and report faulty operations, defective components and quality concerns.
• Operate assembly tools, equipment and machinery safely, keep workstations clean and organised, and use protective equipment.
• Meet daily production targets, coordinate with team members and supervisors, and keep accurate production records.

Required profile

• Certificate or diploma in electrical engineering, electronics or a related technical field.
• Practical experience in smartphone or TV assembly, electronics manufacturing or electronic device repair.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for small components.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet daily targets.
