Social Media & Content Specialist

About the role

Landela is looking for a hands‑on Social Media & Content Specialist to own the end‑to‑end content lifecycle for both the corporate brand and its travel product, JetVero. You will shape strategy, create engaging assets, publish across platforms and drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy for LinkedIn and other channels, aligning calendars with growth and conversion goals.
• Create short‑form video, carousels, static posts and travel storytelling, repurposing efficiently across platforms.
• Edit mobile‑first videos with hooks, captions and light motion, optimizing each piece for its destination platform.
• Publish content, interact with the community, run experiments to boost reach and engagement.
• Track performance metrics (reach, CTR, conversions) and iterate based on data.
• Manage small‑scale Meta and Google paid campaigns, testing creatives, audiences and retargeting while handling modest budgets.

Required profile

• Proven experience growing social accounts, preferably on LinkedIn.
• Strong copywriting ability with a focus on engaging, non‑generic language.
• Execution‑focused mindset, comfortable working independently and iterating quickly.
• Interest in travel, lifestyle or storytelling content is a plus.
