Social Media Manager – Content & Video

About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead Apexio Technologies' online presence across multiple platforms, creating and curating engaging content that drives audience growth and brand awareness. This role blends strategic planning, video production, and graphic design to deliver a cohesive digital experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Develop a monthly content calendar, schedule posts, and ensure consistent publishing.
• Produce 3–5 long‑form YouTube videos weekly, optimizing titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and keywords.
• Create 7–14 short‑form videos (Reels/Shorts) each week, repurposing long‑form content and staying current with trends.
• Design graphics, banners, infographics, and visual assets for social media and digital campaigns.
• Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages, and compile basic performance reports with insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm campaign ideas and support broader marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Entry‑level experience (0–2 years) in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Portfolio showcasing social media content, graphics, or video editing work is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience using graphic design applications like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of best practices on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
