Social Media Manager for Fleet Technology Platform

About the role

NovaFleet is building an operating system for fleet businesses across Africa and needs a Social Media Manager to shape a strong, recognizable brand. You will turn internal activities, product updates and industry trends into compelling content that educates and engages audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute NovaFleet’s social media strategy and content calendar.
• Create engaging written, graphic and short‑form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook and TikTok.
• Identify and turn stories from customers, product development, team and the mobility industry into posts.
• Work with the CEO and internal teams to develop founder‑led content and product launch stories.
• Record, edit and publish short‑form videos, interviews and behind‑the‑scenes material.
• Engage with followers, drivers and industry communities and track performance data.

Required profile

• Strong writing and storytelling ability, able to simplify technical topics.
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X and Facebook platforms.
• Proactive mindset, able to spot content opportunities without direction.
• Attention to detail and consistency in brand voice.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment.

• CapCut (or similar video editing tool).
