Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and drive brand awareness for Mayro Trading Perfumes. You will develop and execute strategies that align with business goals, creating engaging content and fostering an active online community.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy, including monthly, quarterly and annual plans.
• Create and manage content calendars, oversee photography and videography, and produce short‑form videos, product shots, lifestyle and educational content.
• Manage day‑to‑day activity across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and X (Twitter), including publishing, scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages and inquiries, and handling customer issues professionally.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid social campaigns, manage budgets and conduct A/B testing to improve ROI.
• Identify, recruit and coordinate with influencers, affiliates and brand ambassadors, tracking campaign results.
• Prepare regular performance reports covering reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic and sales attribution, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, e‑commerce, customer service, design and external agencies to ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (minimum 5 years) in social media management, preferably within retail, fashion or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of digital trends, competitor analysis and brand positioning.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling copy.
