Social Media Marketer & Brand Ambassador

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketer and Brand Ambassador to join our team in Nairobi. The role combines digital marketing expertise with on‑ground brand representation, helping to boost visibility for our automotive products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage all company social channels, including content planning, posting, monitoring and community interaction.
• Create digital assets such as photos, videos, reels, captions and stories that align with the brand voice.
• Track performance metrics, analyse insights and produce regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Represent the brand at activations, exhibitions, roadshows and other promotional events.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and launch promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Gather customer feedback, monitor competitor activity and identify emerging digital trends.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in social media management and brand promotion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
