Software Administrator

About the role

Skoot is looking for a Software Administrator to oversee day‑to‑day operations of its platform as customer usage and connected assets grow. You will act as the bridge between operations, customer support, and technology teams, ensuring smooth platform performance and user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and platform configuration.
• Support customers and riders in using platform products.
• Collaborate with the technology team to troubleshoot and resolve platform and operational issues.
• Maintain up‑to‑date operational reports and reference data.
• Monitor platform activity, identify recurring problems, and improve support processes.
• Assist in the rollout of new platform services.

Required profile

• Experience administering or supporting a live software platform.
• Background in clean energy, electric mobility, fintech, IoT, asset finance, or field operations.
• Familiarity with mobile applications and operational user support.
• Experience handling mobile payments.
