Software & Hardware Sales Executive – POS & PMS Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Software & Hardware Sales Executive to promote and sell our Point‑of‑Sale (POS) and Property Management System (PMS) solutions to restaurants, hotels and other hospitality businesses. You will be the primary contact for new and existing clients, helping them adopt technology that streamlines operations and improves guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell POS and PMS software together with related hardware.
• Identify, prospect and acquire new customers in the hospitality sector.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
• Onboard new establishments onto our platforms and ensure smooth implementation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Follow up on leads, prepare quotations and negotiate contracts to close sales.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide customer feedback and market insights to support business growth.
• Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software, IT or POS sales, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and capable of working independently.
• Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
