Software Support Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Support Representative to join our Finance & Banking Group. In this remote position you will be the first point of contact for financial institutions using our banking software, helping them resolve issues quickly and keep their systems running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for banking software, troubleshooting and resolving client issues.
• Configure software modules and train clients on their use.
• Handle daily support inquiries via phone, email, or remote tools.
• Travel to customer sites for installations, upgrades, and training when required.
• Participate in an after‑hours support rotation after gaining product proficiency.
• Collaborate with QA, Development, and IT teams to address complex problems.
• Document support procedures and client‑specific configurations.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in internal tracking systems.
• Keep instructional and customer‑facing documentation up to date.
• Communicate status updates and key concerns to management.
