Solar Installation Technician

About the role

We are looking for experienced Solar Installation Technicians to join our expanding team. In this role you will install, commission, and maintain solar energy systems for both residential and commercial clients across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Install photovoltaic panels, inverters, mounting structures, and related equipment according to design specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on installed solar systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations while working at heights.
• Collaborate with project managers and electricians to deliver projects on schedule.
• Document installation procedures and provide client training on system operation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on solar installation experience.
• NABCEP certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites.
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
