Solar Installation Technician

About the role

We are looking for experienced Solar Installation Technicians to join our growing team. The role involves installing and maintaining solar energy systems for both residential and commercial clients across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Install photovoltaic (PV) panels and related equipment according to design specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of solar energy systems.
• Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and local regulations.
• Coordinate with clients and project managers to schedule work and provide progress updates.
• Document installation procedures and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in solar installation.
• Preferred NABCEP certification.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Solar installation techniques.
• Photovoltaic system maintenance.
• NABCEP certification (preferred).
