Solar Installation Technician

About the role

We are looking for experienced Solar Installation Technicians to join our expanding team. In this full‑time position you will install, commission and maintain solar energy systems for both residential and commercial customers across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Install photovoltaic panels, inverters, mounting structures and related equipment on rooftops and ground‑mount sites.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting and routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics and site plans to guide installations.
• Collaborate with project managers and electricians to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used and safety checks.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience installing solar energy systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work at heights safely.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Solar installation techniques and best practices.
• NABCEP certification (preferred).
