Sourcing Specialist – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage, and build relationships with qualified talent for both current and future hiring needs. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop targeted sourcing strategies and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust pipelines of qualified candidates for recurring, niche, and high‑demand roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and advanced search techniques.
• Execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage passive talent and generate interest.
• Conduct initial screenings, provide candidate summaries, market insights, and sourcing recommendations.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and share labor market intelligence.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and generate regular reporting on pipeline health.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related recruiting role.
• Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong expertise in candidate research, passive outreach, and talent mapping.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
