Sourcing Team Lead – Recruitment

About the role

The Sourcing Team Lead oversees the daily operations of the sourcing unit, ensuring high‑quality lead generation, consistent conversion rates, and healthy candidate pipelines for roles that require advanced sourcing support. This position drives performance, provides coaching, and serves as the primary escalation point between sourcers and Talent Acquisition partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the sourcing team, meeting targets, quality standards, and timelines.
• Assign daily and weekly sourcing goals and monitor each sourcer’s performance.
• Align sourcing strategies with high‑volume and high‑priority roles.
• Analyze sourcing metrics (conversion, volume, time to submission, pipeline health) and report findings to the manager.
• Provide coaching and upskilling in Boolean search, sourcing methodologies, candidate engagement, and ATS/CRM hygiene.
• Act as the main escalation point for the sourcing team, coordinating solutions with TA partners.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and sourcing best practices.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost productivity and sourcing quality.

Required profile

• English proficiency at C1 level.
• 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, or 1–2 years leading sourcing teams.
• US recruitment experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of talent mapping and advanced sourcing strategies.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, job boards, and Boolean search.
• Ability to track and interpret sourcing metrics and operational KPIs.
