Space Knowledge & Communications Expert (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the “Support to the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost” project, which aims to strengthen cooperation between Africa and the European Union in the space sector. In this context, the organisation seeks a qualified Non‑Key Expert – Space Knowledge & Communications Expert to manage knowledge, produce editorial content, enhance communication and visibility, operate digital knowledge platforms, and disseminate policy and technical material related to the Africa‑EU space partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage knowledge assets and ensure effective knowledge sharing across the partnership.
• Produce editorial and communication materials, including policy briefs, case studies, and visibility content.
• Develop and maintain digital knowledge platforms to host and distribute content.
• Coordinate communication and visibility activities to raise the profile of the partnership.
• Disseminate technical and policy information to relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year program) in communication, journalism, knowledge management, information science or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in communication, editorial production, or knowledge management.
• At least one year of experience producing knowledge or communication products for donor‑funded or institutional programmes, including policy and technical content, case studies, digital platforms, and EU‑compliant visibility material.
• Experience in the space sector or science‑technology‑innovation (STI) field is an asset.
