Specialist - Client Service Risk

About the role

McKinsey & Company is seeking a Specialist in Client Service Risk to join its Nairobi office. You will work in a high‑performance environment, providing expert risk advice to support cutting‑edge projects for public‑sector, healthcare and social‑sector clients across EEMA.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality risk advisory and guidance to senior colleagues and decision‑making bodies.
• Develop and shape a world‑class risk management program for the firm.
• Lead risk advisory for specific consultant groups, sectors or sub‑regions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Communications, Finance, Legal) to provide integrated risk counsel.
• Focus on strategic, integrative advice for complex risks in public, state‑linked, healthcare and social sectors.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of relevant experience (approximately 48 months).
• Growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity.
• Strong analytical abilities and a commitment to ethics and integrity.
