Specialist - Client Service Risk

About the role

We are looking for a Specialist in Client Service Risk to provide expert risk advice and shape a world‑class risk management program for McKinsey’s public‑sector, state‑linked, healthcare and social‑sector engagements across EEMA. You will work closely with senior colleagues and decision‑making bodies, delivering strategic, integrative guidance that protects both clients and the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality risk advice and guidance to enable cutting‑edge consulting work.
• Provide efficient support to senior colleagues and risk‑governance bodies on high‑risk engagements.
• Lead risk advisory for specific consultant groups, sectors or sub‑regions within EEMA.
• Partner with Communications, Finance, Legal and other practice cells to address multi‑faceted risk issues.
• Build a reputation as a trusted advisor and support the Director and Associate Directors in implementing regional strategies.
• Contribute to global policy reviews or operational changes as needed.
