Sr. Manager, Global Planning & Procurement

About the role

VisionSpring is seeking a senior leader to oversee global planning and procurement across its international supply chain. The Sr. Manager will ensure reliable, cost-effective product availability for eyeglass programs in low-income markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise-wide Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand, supply, and financial goals.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality, and risk.
• Drive supply chain development initiatives to build scalable, resilient capabilities in resource-constrained environments.
• Manage performance metrics and continuous-improvement programs to enhance efficiency and impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to ensure alignment with VisionSpring’s mission.
• Oversee supplier selection, relationship management, and contract negotiations.
