Stock Controller

About the role

The Stock Controller will manage the receipt, storage, and movement of technology products, ensuring accurate inventory records and compliance with security and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming electronic equipment against purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock and cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Organise storage areas, label and tag items, and ensure proper handling to prevent damage or loss.
• Prepare stock, inventory, and movement reports; keep documentation for receipts, transfers, warranties and adjustments.
• Monitor access to storage, report variances, and support internal and external audits.
• Assist sales and operations by providing product availability, preparing items for dispatch, and supporting promotional activities.

Required profile

• Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, supply chain, or related technical discipline).
• Minimum 24 months of experience in inventory or stock control.
• Mid‑level professional with strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
