About the role
Join KWAL, a proud member of the Heineken family, as a Store Clerk at the headquarters warehouse. You will be responsible for the timely receipt and dispatch of dry goods while ensuring accurate stock records and safe custody of materials.
Key responsibilities
- Receive inbound finished goods from other warehouses, verifying accuracy and condition according to stock management policy.
- Maintain up‑to‑date system postings for all stock movements in the assigned warehouse.
- Ensure accurate dispatch of outbound goods to company depots, client duty‑free outlets, or export trade based on invoices, dispatch notes and stock transfer orders.
- Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly stock‑takes, promptly accounting for any variances in line with stock procedures.
- Practice proper stock rotation, strictly applying FIFO/FEFO rules to prevent expiries of shelf‑life products.
