About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Project Manager with a legal background to lead high‑impact projects for a global leader in legal services. This full‑time, remote position focuses on aligning legal initiatives with business objectives and driving operational modernization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end legal project management from scoping through delivery.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans that support business goals.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Track progress against milestones, report outcomes, and adjust plans as needed.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure project governance.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing legal projects in corporate or law‑firm environments.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of legal processes and project‑management frameworks.
• Experience with legal technology tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
