Strategy & Balanced Scorecard Associate

About the role

PerformanceSoft is seeking an associate to work directly with clients on strategy execution and balanced scorecard initiatives. You will help translate organizational goals into measurable performance indicators and configure our SaaS platform to support continuous monitoring and improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and refine strategy frameworks and balanced scorecards tailored to client objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and executive presentations to gather requirements and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Configure the PerformanceSoft platform, set up KPIs, and ensure data integrity for real‑time monitoring.
• Analyze performance data, prepare insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support clients in adopting new performance management practices and drive corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven knowledge of strategy development, execution, and balanced scorecard design.
• Experience in performance management, KPI design, and translating strategic goals into measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Comfort working with SaaS/enterprise software platforms and configuring performance tools.
• Excellent facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Background in management consulting, HR, organizational development, or strategy roles is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
• Familiarity with change‑management principles and fluent English communication.
