About the role

Join our team as a Supermarket Assistant, where you will play a vital part in keeping the store well‑stocked, organized, and welcoming for customers. This full‑time position offers hands‑on experience in retail operations and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and arrange merchandise on shelves and displays.
• Ensure products are correctly labeled and priced.
• Assist customers in locating items and answer their inquiries.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and keep shelves fully stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store and storage areas.
• Check product quality and expiry dates, removing damaged or expired items.
• Help with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Support cashiers and other departments as needed.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise.
