Supply Projects Manager – East Africa

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Projects Manager to lead and deliver supply chain projects across East Africa. The role will oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment with Reckitt’s supply strategies and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned supply projects.
• Lead IDB and MB completion during the initiation phase.
• Analyse and document feasibility studies.
• Develop detailed project plans (CPS) with milestones, timelines and resource requirements.
• Lead project teams through capability and implementation phases, assign tasks, track progress and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with local supply functions to ensure smooth hand‑over and start‑up.
• Escalate risks related to budget or timing and propose mitigation solutions.
• Act as a business partner providing analysis, advice and portfolio management within supply chain.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve collaborative success.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing supply chain or project delivery initiatives.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive projects to completion.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in business analysis and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
