Support Services Assistant – Nairobi

About the role

Powervision Consultancy is seeking a reliable Support Services Assistant to help maintain clean, safe and service‑ready environments in a fast‑paced home‑based healthcare setting. The role combines housekeeping, logistics, office administration and field support duties, requiring flexibility and strong teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping, cleaning, sanitation and hygiene routines to keep workspaces organised and safe.
• Support meal preparation, kitchen cleanliness and catering‑related tasks.
• Run messenger errands, deliver documents, maintain movement logs and assist with transport scheduling.
• Handle filing, printing, photocopying and keep office materials and documentation orderly.
• Assist field staff with equipment setup, client‑home readiness and ensure operational materials are available.
• Carry out minor repairs, general facility upkeep and report maintenance needs.

Required profile

• Certificate or diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience in housekeeping, logistics support, office administration or general operations.
• Physical readiness for movement‑based tasks.
• Strong discipline, reliability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; healthcare or hospitality experience is a plus.
