Swahili-Speaking Client Relationship Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate, energetic and self‑motivated Swahili‑speaking Client Relationship Manager to join our fast‑paced Client Relations team. The role involves delivering high‑quality service to our clients and supporting business development in a dynamic financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
• Handle client inquiries and ensure a high level of service.
• Perform personal clientele analysis and take appropriate actions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new products, promotions and terms launched by Trading Point and communicate them to clients.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s legal guidelines and procedures.
• Provide suggestions for system enhancements.
• Act in the best interest of the company and cooperate with the Client Relations team on business development.
• Achieve targeted results and cooperate effectively with other departments.

Required profile

• Degree in a business‑related field.
• Experience handling clients in the financial services sector (preferred).
• Fluent Swahili with excellent oral and written English.
• Reliable, with integrity of character.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic, innovative and target‑oriented.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and strong computer literacy.
• Valid work permit.
