Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Associate will partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment of high‑calibre talent, ensuring hiring needs are met within agreed service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit key skills into the organization in line with workforce plans and service level agreements.
• Act as a talent advisor, providing market insights and influencing hiring decisions.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define profiles and develop sourcing strategies.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and promote the employer brand through events and employer branding initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external providers such as recruiting firms and background‑check vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5‑6 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and communicate market data.
• Experience coaching hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
• Track record of optimizing recruitment processes to improve candidate experience.
• Agile, innovative, pragmatic and customer‑focused approach.
• Knowledge of relevant employment legislation (e.g., data protection, labour laws).
